The 800af is a fully automatic case sealer that automatically folds top flaps and seals both top and bottom center seams — at up to 28 cases per minute. Standard features include 3M’s patented AccuGlide™ II taping heads which apply tight, consistent seals; twin gearmotors; dual masts with twin lead screws; laced belts for quick and easy replacement; dual compression rollers; side shields at machine infeed with hinged access doors and safety interlocks; easily accessible stop switch on each side of machine; upper tape roll bracket attached to the machine frame; friction brake tape roll drums; an integrated box gating system (indexer); sturdy one-piece flap kicker; and alternate outboard tape roll mount for bottom taping head.
