The 800rf automatically handles a wide range of case sizes — at up to 8 cases per minute. It’s ideal for lines with random case sizes and where multiple lines running different size cases come together for sealing. It features an optically controlled powered infeed conveyor that separates and holds cases for metered feeding into the taping area; pneumatic controls that adjust side belt feeding mechanism; upper flap folding and AccuGlide™ II taping heads; Programmable Logic Controller; pneumatically operated rear flap folder and two finishing plows; emergency stop buttons; and movable protective side shields with machine interlock shut-off switches.
