Two high-speed FASTTrack machines, the FS-1 and FS-2, automatically feed, crumple, and cut 100% recycled kraft paper for protecting products during shipment. Both machines can be used at a stand-alone work station or integrated in-line over conveyors with other packaging equipment.

At dispensing speeds up to five (continuous) lineal feet per second (or 300 lineal feet per minute), one person can pack an unprecedented number of cartons per shift, reducing the number of packing stations required. The optional electronic keypad allows input up to six different pre-set lengths and a batch control function that helps control material cost.

The FS-1 and the FS-2 systems are designed to meet most existing packing operation requirements. The FS-1 System is mobile; it can be located beside a conveyor line or moved to an off-line pack area. The FS-2 Straddle System, an in-line model, fits over a conveyor to save floor space.

The FS-1 and FS-2 machines use single-ply, Kraft paper in 60-pound rolls. One 60-pound roll yields approximately 110 cubic feet of cushioning material.
