The Eurocode Series The
Eurocode range of hot stamp overprinters are ideally suited to batch
coding and price marking. They are compact, lightweight, and extremely
reliable in-line coding units. This printer is widely used for date and
lot coding on packaging lines where speeds of up to 300 prints per
minute are needed.
The Eurocode Series features a simple design, with minimal moving
parts, yet has a robust construction. Its easy change foil magazine with
an automatic foil drive location system reduces downtime for foil
replacement. An optional spare magazine can also be ready-loaded with
foil for immediate changeover.
The Eurocode Series can also be easily adapted to suit rotary coding
boxes or type high type characters. |

The
Printmaster Series The
Printmaster series of hot stamp
overprinters have a reputation for
quality and reliability while the print
speed potential is unrivaled. The
Printmaster “S” can produce an overprint
in 20 milliseconds giving attainable
operating speeds in excess of 1,200
prints per minute, making it the fastest
hot stamp printer on the market today.
The Printmaster S model has proven to
be so reliable and gives such consistent
print quality that many users of laser
coders have switched back to hot stamp.
There is no doubt that Printmaster
represents the most cost effective means
of top quality high speed coding
available today.
Printmasters feature an easy change
foil magazine with an automatic foil
drive location system enabling downtime
for foil replacement to be kept to a
minimum. To further reduce downtime, an
optional spare magazine can be
ready-loaded with foil for immediate
changeover.
Extended versions are available to
suit rotary coding boxes or type high
type characters. |

Model 5000
Series
The 5000 Series of
hot stamp overprinters are large area
machines suitable for printing text,
graphics, and barcodes. (insert photo)
The two printers in the 5000 Series, the
5000S and 5000SP, are the largest
printers in the Open Date product line.
Both are built to provide high quality
prints, year after year, with minimal
maintenance.
These printers
are ideal for use on large format
bagging machines where the large
available print area can often eliminate

C2000
Carton Coder
Open Date is proud
to announce its latest innovation, the
C2000 material handling coding and
labeling system. Already purchased by
some of the leading pharmaceutical
companies, the C2000 is the first Open
Date product to be completely designed
and built in the USA.
The C2000 was
designed to allow the feeding, coding
and inspecting of a wide range of flat
objects. The system is particularly
suitable for coding pharmaceutical
cartons as the stainless steel
construction, Allen-Bradley controls,
and optional barcode control systems all
meet the industry’s strict requirements.
