| The KATS 1402 tray sealer is designed for high
production modified atmosphere packaging and/or
conventional tray sealing in industrial environments and
is engineered to handle a wide variety of food packaging
applications and volumes including tray lidding only or
those requiring MAP. This efficient, labor saving
packaging machine seals 2,340 standard #3 or #10 size
trays per hour or 1,440 MAP trays. The KATS 1402 also
features a unique open design that makes sanitation and
maintenance operations quick and easy. The vertical life
hood provides complete and unobstructed access to the
sealing chamber area from both the front and rear of the
machine. An integrated mechanical assist lift system
speeds tooling changeover. |
