| The KATS 1500 Large tray sealer is designed for high
production modified atmosphere packaging and/or
conventional tray sealing in industrial environments and
is engineered to handle a wide variety of food packaging
applications and volumes includeing tray lidding only or
those requiring MAP. This efficient, labor saving
packaging machine seals up to 3,120 standard #3 or #10
size trays per hour or 1,920 MAP trays. The mechanical
movement of our fully automatic dual lane KATS 1500
Large tray sealer results in precise movement and total
regulation of the machine's entire functions to provide
efficient, repeatable and reliable performance. A
multi-staged, walking beam, in-feed conveyor system
assures proper spacing of the trays prior to entry into
the sealing chamber. Products enter, seal and discharge
in single file orientation. |
